The founders of Stanza Living—a managed accommodation provider—are clearly bullish about what’s next. Reason: With over 20 million migrant students and young working professionals in need of quality accommodation across the country, and most of the market being left to the unorganised players, the opportunities are self-evident. Started in 2017, the startup is addressing this issue by providing managed shared accommodation. Currently it manages over 50,000 beds across 15 cities in India. The IIM Ahmedabad graduates have garnered investor interest as well. Till date, it has raised $170 million in funding.
