Honda Elevate facelift bookings open at ₹21,000 ahead of October 6 India launch

Honda Cars India Ltd. has opened pre-launch bookings for the revamped Honda Elevate, with the company accepting reservations at its authorised dealerships across India for ₹21,000. The updated SUV is scheduled to be launched on October 6, 2026, with India becoming the first market to receive the model.

The booking window comes ahead of the festive season, a key period for passenger vehicle sales in India. Honda is using the update to refresh the Elevate's proposition with changes to its design, features and cabin, while continuing with the SUV's existing positioning around space, comfort, safety and driving experience. 

Just like its previous version, Honda Elevate will be pitted against other midsize SUVs such as Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Maruti Suzuki Victoris, etc.

Honda targets feature upgrade with Elevate revamp

According to the company, the revamped Elevate will receive several additional features and enhancements, along with a bolder design and a more premium cabin. Honda has not disclosed the complete list of changes, variant-wise specifications or pricing in the booking announcement.

Kunal Behl, Vice President – Marketing and Sales, Honda Cars India, said the company is building on the Elevate's existing presence in the Indian SUV market.

“The Honda Elevate has established a strong position among SUV buyers in India, appreciated for its bold design, road presence, driving pleasure, safety, space and comfort. With the new Elevate, we are taking this proposition further by introducing several strongly desired features and enhancements, along with a bolder design and more premium cabin experience,” Behl said. 

India to get revamped Elevate before other markets

Honda said India remains the lead market for the Elevate, with the country set to get the updated version before other markets. The October 6 launch also places the model's market introduction immediately ahead of the festive buying period.

Honda Cars India, established in December 1995, currently manufactures the Amaze, City and Elevate in India. Its manufacturing facility is located at Tapukara in Rajasthan, while its corporate office is in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
