Fortune India to honour India’s brightest young business minds at a glittering ceremony.

All eyes will be on 38 Manhattan in Mumbai’s St. Regis hotel this evening, where Fortune India will host this year’s 40 Under 40 event to honour India’s brightest young business minds, who are shaping the vision of Viksit Bharat.
Fortune India’s 40 Under 40 list brings together India’s most successful startup entrepreneurs and the next generation of respected family-run businesses, who are preserving their legacies while boldly reinventing themselves to stay relevant beyond their comfort zones.
The event will be graced by Chirag Paswan, Union Minister of Food Processing Industries, as the Chief Guest. The Guests of Honour are Nara Lokesh, Minister for Information Technology, Electronics and Communications, Real Time Governance and HRD, Government of Andhra Pradesh; and Tuhin Kanta Pandey, Chairman, Sebi.
The awards are the result of a listing that happens after a long process of evaluation with the winners being picked by a high-profile jury chaired by Dr Sanjiv Goenka, chairman, RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group. With the winners cutting across several of India’s key business sectors, the discussions will cover a wide range of subjects—from reimagining education and skilling to new-age businesses and the leadership mantra of the next-gen.
The evening will commence with Siddhant Sachdeva of Rocket Learning, Siddharth Shahani of ATLAS SkillTech University and Anuradha Suvarna of L'Oréal India discussing the skillsets necessary in this VUCA world. This will be followed by Madhav Singhania of JK Cement and Rishabh Shroff of Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas discussing how the next-gen is taking their legacy forward while carving out their own niche. Next, Anchit Nayar of Nykaa, in a fireside chat, will talk about reinventing the beauty business.
