Following the Q1 results, shares of Godrej Industries ended 1.4% higher at ₹1,253 on the BSE, with a market cap of ₹42,207 crore.

Consumer goods-to-real estate conglomerate Godrej Industries reported a 19% year-on-year decline in consolidated net profit at ₹284 crore for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. The bottom line was impacted by higher interest costs, which rose to ₹745 crore from ₹576 crore a year ago.
The company had reported a consolidated net profit of ₹349 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
Following the Q1 results, shares of Godrej Industries ended 1.4% higher at ₹1,253 on the BSE, with a market capitalisation of ₹42,207 crore.
For Q1 FY27, Godrej Industries’ total income stood at ₹6,360 crore, up 11% from ₹5,719 crore in Q1 FY26.
On the operating front, earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) jumped 52.4% to ₹604.7 crore from ₹397 crore a year ago. The EBITDA margin widened to 11.1% from 8.9%.
The group’s consumer business continued to report healthy operating performance. Godrej Consumer Products recorded 19% year-on-year growth in consolidated sales in Q1 FY27, supported by underlying volume growth of 9%. Net profit rose 11%.
Home Care grew 12%, with household insecticides showing improvement, while air fresheners continued to strengthen their market position. Fabric Care also maintained robust growth. Personal Care grew 11%, supported by skin cleansing, hair colour, perfumes and deodorants.
Meanwhile, Godrej Industries’ chemicals business reported a 31% year-on-year increase in revenue to ₹1,161 crore in Q1 FY27 from ₹883 crore a year earlier. PBIT jumped 86% to ₹159 crore, while volumes grew 9% and exports increased 20%.
Godrej Properties reported a 22% year-on-year increase in booking value to ₹8,651 crore in Q1 FY27. The real estate arm sold 3,738 units covering 6.2 million sq ft during the quarter.
The company added three new projects with an estimated saleable area of around 8 million sq ft and an expected booking value of ₹9,500 crore. It also delivered 0.9 million sq ft of projects during the quarter.
Meanwhile, Godrej Agrovet reported consolidated revenue of ₹2,870 crore in Q1 FY27, compared with ₹2,626 crore a year earlier, while net profit declined to ₹135 crore from ₹161 crore.
The animal nutrition business remained a key growth driver, with cattle-feed volumes rising around 15% year-on-year. The Crop Care business, however, saw segment income decline to ₹349 crore from ₹403 crore in Q1 FY26.
