The platform, which received a payment aggregator licence from the RBI in February 2026, aims to consolidate multiple payment modes through a single integration and dashboard for merchants.

PB Pay, the payment aggregator platform of PB Fintech Ltd, has commenced operations and is now live for merchant onboarding and transaction processing, the company said.
The platform, which received a payment aggregator licence from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) in February 2026, aims to consolidate multiple payment modes through a single integration and dashboard for merchants.
PB Pay supports UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, wallets, EMI, and recurring payment options, including UPI Autopay, e-mandates and card subscriptions. The company said merchants can integrate these payment options through a single API instead of maintaining separate integrations and dashboards.
India's digital payments ecosystem has expanded rapidly, with consumers increasingly using multiple payment methods, including UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, EMIs and recurring payment mandates.
For merchants, however, supporting these payment methods can involve multiple providers, integrations and dashboards. This can add to operational complexity and make it harder to monitor failed transactions, resolve disputes and manage payouts, according to PB Pay.
The company said the issue is particularly relevant for businesses with recurring or high-volume payment requirements, including subscription businesses, marketplaces and B2B platforms.
PB Pay's platform brings payment acceptance across multiple modes into a single integration. Its recurring payments offering brings UPI Autopay and e-mandate options, including mandates through debit cards, net banking and Aadhaar, into a unified flow.
The platform also offers affordability options such as card-based EMIs and pre-approved offers, along with access to financing services through non-banking financial companies (NBFCs) and other lenders.
"Many merchants face challenges in providing access to every autopay option and affordability solution without compromising payment success rates. We are building the infrastructure and technical capabilities to address these persistent issues across the payment journey," said Harsh Masta, CEO of PB Pay.
Masta said the company is initially focusing on a comprehensive recurring-payments stack covering credit cards, debit cards and UPI through a single API, alongside affordability solutions.
The platform uses a rules-based intelligent-routing engine to direct transactions to payment gateways based on factors including the likelihood of approval and processing costs.
The company said the system is designed to improve transaction success rates while helping merchants manage processing costs and reducing dependence on a single payment gateway.
PB Pay said its platform includes a centralised dashboard for transaction monitoring, real-time analytics, dispute management and vendor payouts.
The dashboard is intended to give merchants a consolidated view of transactions and payment performance across different payment modes and providers.
PB Pay said its platform incorporates PCI DSS compliance, ISO 27001 certification, 256-bit encryption and continuous fraud monitoring.
The company said it uses a Zero Trust architecture, with transaction-level risk monitoring designed to identify potentially fraudulent activity while minimising disruption to genuine transactions. The company said PB Pay draws on more than a decade of payments experience within the PB Fintech group, particularly from its insurance business.
