Road Transport and Highway Minister Nitin Gadkari has said detailed project report (DPR) makers of road projects are doing "ghatiya kaam" (inferior quality work). Speaking at an event at FICCI, Gadkari also alleged corruption in the highways sector, wherein government servants are hand in glove with some private sector companies in the manipulation of highway tenders.
