In March this year, Delhi-based cash management and logistics firm SIS Prosegur unveiled India’s second-largest vault, after RBI’s. Equipped with layers of high-tech security, including 350 cameras and thousands of sensors to trigger alarms, the 40,000 sq. ft. facility can process 5 million currency notes or Rs 250 crore to Rs 300 crore every day.
