Fintech company Moneyview is set to launch its ₹1,091.68 crore initial public offering (IPO) on September 24, with the issue closing on September 28. The public issue comprises a fresh issue of 22.06 crore shares aggregating to ₹750 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 10.05 crore shares worth ₹341.68 crore.

The Bengaluru-based company has fixed the IPO price band at ₹32-34 per share. The lot size is 441 shares, meaning retail investors will have to invest a minimum of ₹14,994 at the upper end of the price band.

The allotment of Moneyview shares is expected to be finalised on September 29, while the shares are proposed to be listed on the NSE and BSE on October 1.

As per the IPO document filed with Sebi, up to 50% of the issue is reserved for qualified institutional buyers (QIBs), while retail investors will be entitled to not less than 35%. Non-institutional investors (NIIs) will have a reservation of not less than 15%.

How IPO proceeds will be used

Moneyview plans to invest ₹325 crore to drive growth in loan disbursals under default loss guarantee (DLG) arrangements and another ₹250 crore in WFPL, its material subsidiary, to augment its capital base. The remaining proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

What does Moneyview do?

Incorporated in 2014, Moneyview is a fintech company that operates a digital platform offering financial services, including personal loans, credit tracking and financial management solutions. The company uses technology and data analytics to assess borrowers' creditworthiness and facilitate loan approvals.

Personal loans are the company's flagship product, with Moneyview focusing on serving the credit needs of customers in what it describes as "Middle India".

On the earnings front, Moneyview's total income rose 43% to ₹3,404.27 crore in the financial year ended March 31, 2026, from ₹2,378.53 crore in FY25. However, profit after tax remained broadly flat at ₹242.71 crore in FY26, compared with ₹240.28 crore a year earlier.

As of March 31, 2026, the company's assets stood at ₹8,104.85 crore, up from ₹5,632.42 crore a year earlier. Net worth increased to ₹2,225.42 crore from ₹1,918.66 crore during the same period, while total borrowings rose to ₹5,157.04 crore from ₹3,413.37 crore.

Following the IPO, the promoter and promoter group holding is expected to decline to 20.33% from 23.96%, while public shareholding will increase to 79.67% from 76.04%.

The company's promoters are Puneet Agarwal, Sanjay Aggarwal and Sushma Abburi. The OFS will include shares sold by promoters as well as existing investors, including Internet Fund III Pte. Ltd. and Accel India IV (Mauritius) Ltd.
