Spread across four acres on Golden Mile Road, the project will comprise two 65-storey towers rising around 800 feet, with more than 450 residences, including 16 penthouses

The Trump brand is making its debut in South India with a ₹3,500-4,200 crore luxury residential project in Hyderabad, as Tribeca Developers and local real estate firm Ira Realty join hands to develop Trump Towers Hyderabad in the city’s premium Kokapet neighbourhood.
In a press conference in Hyderabad today, Tribeca Developers and Ira Realty said they will develop a Trump-branded luxury housing project here with a total investment of about ₹2,000 crore.
Spread across four acres on Golden Mile Road, the project will comprise two 65-storey towers rising around 800 feet, with more than 450 residences, including 16 penthouses. The development will have a total developable area of around 22 lakh sq ft.
Tribeca Developers, the official India realty partner of the Trump brand, is developing the project in collaboration with Ira Realty. The launch marks the eighth Trump-branded project announced in India and the first such development in South India.
The two towers will be connected by a suspended sky bridge at the 28th floor, with the Trump Club located above the bridge. The club will span both towers and feature landscaped spaces and amenities.
“India continues to be one of the world’s most exciting luxury real estate markets, and we are delighted to bring the Trump brand to Hyderabad for the first time,” said Eric Trump, executive vice president of The Trump Organization.
“We look forward to delivering another exceptional Trump-branded development in India. Hyderabad is one of India’s most dynamic and rapidly growing cities, and I am confident that Trump Towers Hyderabad will become one of its most iconic addresses,” he added.
The project will offer 3.5- and 4-BHK homes, along with a collection of double-height simplex residences. Each home will feature a private lift lobby and floor-to-ceiling glazing, while additional amenities will be spread across a landscaped podium.
“This is one of those rare instances when the right site, the right brand and the right partner come together, and you are handed the chance to build something truly iconic,” said Kalpesh Mehta, founder of Tribeca Developers.
Mehta said the project has been designed to create a landmark for Hyderabad, with the towers connected in the sky and the Trump Club positioned on the bridge.
“We have left no stone unturned and spared no expense to bring the absolute best to this city. The two towers are joined in the sky, and the Trump Club sits on that bridge. It is far harder to build than two separate towers. That is exactly why we did it,” he said.
“Every great city has two or three buildings whose photographs are used every single time that city is mentioned. That is the building we intend to give Hyderabad,” Mehta added.
The project has received its RERA registration, and expressions of interest are currently open ahead of the formal sales launch.
Trump Towers Hyderabad will take the number of Trump-branded projects announced in India to eight. Four have already been completed in Pune, Mumbai, Kolkata and Gurugram.
The Trump-branded development in Mumbai’s Worli has 78 floors, making it the tallest among the existing Trump-branded towers in India. The Hyderabad project will feature two 65-storey towers.
Tribeca introduced the Trump brand to India in 2014 and is the largest developer of Trump-branded properties globally. The company has 13 projects across 14 million sq ft, with a portfolio valued at more than ₹16,000 crore.
According to Tribeca, its projects sell at premiums of 25-40% over competing developments in their respective markets. Its recent launches, including Trump Residences Gurgaon, The Edge Mumbai and The Everett in Pune, have recorded strong sales.
The project comes as Kokapet and Hyderabad’s western corridor have emerged as major destinations for premium residential development, supported by the city’s rapid economic expansion and increasing demand for luxury housing.
Ira Realty has conceived 15 projects in Hyderabad, delivered more than 5 million sq ft and currently has over 20 million sq ft under development. The company has also built a growing land bank across Bengaluru, Mumbai, Visakhapatnam and Goa.
Narsi Reddy, founder and managing director of Ira Realty, said the company had assembled the land parcel over several years with the intention of creating a landmark development on Golden Mile.
“We assembled this land over many years, and we always knew Golden Mile deserved something the city had never seen before. The question was who to build it with,” Reddy said.
“We wanted a brand that needs no introduction anywhere in the world, and a developer who has proven, in city after city in India, that it can deliver at that standard,” he added.
Reddy said Hyderabad’s rapid growth had created the need for developments of this scale and positioning.
“Hyderabad has grown faster than almost any city in India over the last decade. It has earned a building of this order, and we are proud to be bringing it here,” he said.
