Delhivery, India’s largest fully integrated logistics player, managed a record 103.6 million shipments in October 2025, marking the second straight month the company crossed the 100-million mark. The milestone came during Phase 2 of the festive season, which saw the logistics firm handle goods worth over ₹19,187.4 crore through its network.

In total, Delhivery processed more than 107.4 million e-commerce and freight shipments in October, with single-day dispatches peaking at 7.2 million. The company said as many as 18,121 of its clients achieved their highest-ever single-day shipment volumes during this period.

The month also tested the company’s nationwide reach. Deliveries spanned distances as long as 4,085 kilometres, from Thiruvananthapuram in Kerala to Tezu in Arunachal Pradesh. Of the total packages moved, over 29.57 million were delivered within 48 hours, while 13.59 million reached their destinations within 24 hours out of which one delivery in Bengaluru was completed in just two minutes.

Delhivery’s co-founder and CEO Sahil Barua wrote in a LinkedIn post that October’s numbers exceeded expectations, “Last month I thought we’d hit a record it would take us at least a few months to get to again. In a first for us, Phase 2 festive volumes turned out to be higher than Phase 1 this year,” he said. “Reaching 100 million orders once, last month, was an incredible high. To have done it a second time - through the festivities, through the holidays and through the rains - has turned out to be the most pleasant of challenges.”
