IndiQube Spaces, an integrated tech enabled workspace solutions platform, has signed a significant workspace leasing agreement with a leading global capability centre (GCC) in the healthcare technology space.
The client has taken up over 48,000 sq.ft. of premium Grade A workspace along the Outer Ring Road corridor, one of Bengaluru’s most sought-after commercial micro markets, in a deal valued at around ₹75 crore for a five-year period.
The new client follows a recent workspace leasing agreement that IndiQube signed with another GCC client in Pune. The GCC player has taken up 1,140 seats at IndiQube Orchid, spread across multiple floors, in a ₹ 54-crore deal signed for a five-year tenure.
These transactions underscore the growing demand from GCCs for high quality, scalable workspaces in key business districts and further reinforcing IndiQube’s position as a preferred partner for GCCs, given its presence in 17 cities and over 9.55 million sq. ft. under management,
Rishi Das, co-founder, IndiQube says, “We are seeing a clear acceleration in demand from GCCs, especially in sectors such as healthcare technology where India is becoming a hub for global innovation and delivery. These organisations are setting up highly specialised teams and are looking for workspace partners such as IndiQube who can support them with speed, flexibility, and reliability.”
Meghna Agarwal, co-founder, IndiQube, points out that GCCs today account for close to 40% of the company’s portfolio, and what stands out is their clear preference for strategically located, high quality workspaces within established talent catchments like ORR. “With a ‘follow the talent’ approach, we have focused on building depth within key talent catchments, enabling us to support GCCs across different stages of growth and evolving operational needs,” adds Agarwal.
