“MP is full of all possibilities to take it among top five states as per GSDP,” added PM Modi.

Modi cited a World Bank report stating that India will remain the world's fastest-growing economy in the coming years.

“There are many examples showcasing global confidence in India. That is instilling confidence among the states. World Bank has said India will continue to remain the fastest growing economy in the coming years. OECD has said future of the world is in India. On climate change a UN body termed India as superpower of solar power,” PM Modi added.

He highlighted the state's strong talent pool and growing industries, calling it a preferred business destination.

“MP's industrial corridors are getting connected to expressways. Logistics growth has big potential in MP,” added Modi.

PM Modi apologised for his late arrival at the summit, explaining that he delayed his departure to avoid disrupting students heading to their board exams.

Speaking on India's textile industry, he noted that India is the world's second-largest producer of cotton, silk, and polyester, with a strong tradition of skills and entrepreneurship in the sector. He highlighted Madhya Pradesh as India's cotton capital and emphasized the country's focus on emerging areas like medical, agro, and geo textiles.
