Tanker business remains the key earnings driver

Strategic disinvestment process continues

SCI said the government's strategic disinvestment process remains underway.

"The proposed strategic disinvestment of SCI is being handled by the Department of Investment and Public Asset Management (DIPAM) with the engagement of a Transaction Advisor," the company said in the notes to its financial statements. It added that the virtual data room remains open and the due diligence process by the transaction advisor is continuing.

The company also said its board approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, at its meeting held on August 6, while the statutory auditors issued an unmodified limited review report on the results.
