Till three years ago, premium imported wines could be sampled only in five-star restaurants. Today, they’re making their way to the shelves of stores such as Reliance Mart, Nature’s Basket, and HyperCITY. Little wonder that in the last five years, imported wine sales have grown 30% annually, according to Delhi-based Brindco Sales, the largest wine importer in India.
