The gross collection of Pushpa 1 at-home stood at ₹313.8 crore, with an overseas collection of ₹36.3 crore. The film reportedly was made with a budget of ₹200 crore. Sukumar's Pushpa 2, the sequel to the first blockbuster, is speculated to have been produced on a budget twice as large as its predecessor, estimated at ₹400-500 crore. Lead actor Allu Arjun reportedly charged a hefty ₹100 crore for reprising his role as the protagonist.

Interestingly, quite contrary to the trend seen in the first part's collections, where the highest net collection came from the film’s original Telugu version (₹136.43 crore), Pushpaa 2 has so far amassed the highest collection in Hindi, with a gross of ₹285.7 crore, surpassing the Telugu version, which stands at ₹198.55 crore as of Sunday, nearing the ₹200 crore mark
