The primary market is set for another busy week, with 11 companies scheduled to launch their initial public offerings (IPOs) between September 7 and September 10, collectively looking to raise over ₹7,000 crore.

There has been a surge in IPO activity in the second half of 2026, with as many as 62 companies raising ₹73,669 crore by the end of August, according to Prime Database. July and August accounted for the bulk of the fundraising, with companies raising ₹28,648.49 crore and ₹22,448.27 crore, respectively, during the two months.

The data showed that July emerged as the biggest month for IPO fundraising so far this year, with 12 issues raising ₹28,648.49 crore, while August saw 23 issues raise ₹22,448.27 crore. The August fundraising took the cumulative number of issues to 62 and total mobilisation to ₹73,668.97 crore.

The pace marks a sharp acceleration from the first half of the year. Between January and June, 27 issues raised ₹22,572.21 crore. The primary market had a particularly muted May, when no IPO was launched, while April saw just two issues raise ₹1,075.98 crore.

11 IPOs to open next week

The renewed momentum is set to continue in September, with the next week's IPO slate spanning a wide range of issue sizes.

Rentomojo has the largest IPO of the week, with an issue size of ₹1,255.57 crore. The issue comprises a fresh issue of ₹150 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of ₹1,105.57 crore, with a price band of ₹384–404 per share.

Kanohar Electricals is the second-largest issue at ₹1,055.74 crore, comprising a fresh issue of ₹300 crore and an OFS of ₹755.74 crore. Its price band has been fixed at ₹601–632 per share.

Karamtara Engineering, with an issue size of ₹875 crore, is the third-largest IPO of the week. The issue includes a fresh issue of ₹675 crore and an OFS of ₹200 crore, with a price band of ₹241–254.

The Manipal Payment & Identity Solutions IPO will raise ₹805 crore, including a fresh issue of ₹320 crore and an OFS of ₹485 crore. Its price band is ₹322–339 per share.

The Asset Reconstruction Co. (India) IPO is worth ₹732.97 crore and consists entirely of an OFS, with the price band set at ₹132–139 per share.

Among the other issues, Prasol Chemicals will raise ₹500 crore, while Glass Wall Systems (India) and LCC Projects will raise ₹427.89 crore and ₹427.14 crore, respectively.

Steamhouse India is looking to raise ₹414 crore, although the price band was not provided in the supplied issue data.
