ABB India is continuously expanding its portfolio & localising it: Sanjeev Sharma

Electrification and automation major ABB India has posted strong set of numbers for CY24 with profit zooming 50% to ₹1875 crore, over ₹1248 crore in CY23.

Highest ever orders worth ₹13,079 crore and revenues of ₹12,188 crore have led to a strong show by the company.

ABB India MD Sanjeev Sharma outlined key segments that are witnessing growth in the domestic market.

"Data centre biz remained top revenue grosses this year. Amazing growth has been seen in data centre business led by India’s digitization initiative," Sharma said.

"Growth in e-commerce, data localisation has led to domestic data centre growth. Electronics manufacturing, renewables are other growth areas," said Sharma.
