Coforge Ltd, CEO, Sudhir Singh, says artificial intelligence (AI) is a potent technology for all sectors. Although the implications of AI in the short term could appear to be patchy with its share of ups and downs, in the longer term, it is going to be a transformational technology.

On concerns around AI ethics and how to manoeuvre around it, Singh says, “We have to address it straight on, there is no manoeuvring around it… The idea is to make sure there is no bias, explicit or implicit, embedded into any framework or model of AI out there.”
