Aditi Kare Panandikar is the Managing Director of Indoco Remedies Ltd., a fully integrated, research-oriented pharmaceutical company. A third-generation entrepreneur, she holds a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from the University of Mumbai and a Master's in Pharmaceutical Administration from The Ohio State University, USA. Before becoming Managing Director in 2012, Aditi led key departments within Indoco, including Business Development and Human Resources.
