Debarati Sen has been associated with 3M since 1996, holding various key positions. She served as the Managing Director of 3M Lanka and later as the CEO of 3M India Ltd. from 2016 to 2019. Debarati has extensive experience in business leadership and currently serves on the board of Nortech Systems.
