In India, her strategy is to make Chanel more accessible, especially through the beauty and fragrance category. “In 2024, we launched our e-commerce business for fragrance and beauty as well as eyewear. The market presents significant potential, and we look forward to continuously fostering relationships with Indian clients,” Nair says.
