​Lynn de Souza is a veteran in the Indian media and advertising industry, having served as Chairman and CEO of Lintas Media Group until 2012. She was the inaugural Chairperson of the Readership Studies Council of India, leading efforts to enhance readership surveys. In 2012, de Souza departed from Lintas to pursue social entrepreneurship, founding Social Access Communications, a firm dedicated to marketing social progress. She continues to influence the sector through her initiatives and advocacy.
