With over 43 years of experience as a disputes lawyer, Pallavi Shroff, managing partner, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. has been involved with some of the major and most challenging litigations and arbitrations matters in the country, spanning sectors such as energy, infrastructure, natural resources, mergers & acquisitions, legislative and policy related matters. Shroff has to her credit major deals, including Reliance-Disney, and has also contributed to drafting of rules under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. She also led the restructuring and expansion of the board of Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. Shroff is confident of the India story and believes the country is on a strong growth path. Her areas of expertise include dispute resolution and competition law.
