Rajshree Pathy is the Chairperson of Rajshree Sugars and Chemicals Limited, a company engaged in sugar, distillery, power generation, and biotechnology. She has transformed the company's sugar factories into resource centers that promote advanced agronomic practices among farmers. Pathy made history as the first woman President of the Indian Sugar Mills Association (ISMA) during 2004-2005.
