Manasi Kirloskar Tata serves as the Executive Director and CEO of Kirloskar Systems Limited. Following the passing of her father, Vikram Kirloskar, she has taken leadership roles in several Kirloskar joint ventures, including Toyota Industries Engine India and Kirloskar Toyota Textile Machinery. Manasi is also a director at Toyota Kirloskar Motor Private Limited and holds positions in other Kirloskar-associated companies. An alumna of the Rhode Island School of Design, she is passionate about art and philanthropy, founding the NGO 'Caring with Colour' to support arts education. Maya Tata, daughter of Noel Tata, is associated with Tata Digital, where she played a role in developing the Tata Neu app. She began her career at the Tata Opportunities Fund and has been involved in various capacities within the Tata Group. Maya serves on the boards of the Tata Education Trust, the RD Tata Trust, and the JRD and Thelma J Tata Trust, contributing to the group's philanthropic initiatives. Both Manasi and Maya represent the new generation of leadership within their respective family enterprises, blending tradition with innovation to drive their organisations forward.
