Google will host its annual ‘Made by Google’ hardware event today in Brooklyn. The live stream begins at 1 PM ET (10:30 PM IST) and will be available on Google’s YouTube channel, Google Store, and the company’s social media handles.
This year’s event is one of Google’s biggest launches after I/O, with the spotlight firmly on the Pixel 10 series. This is because Google in its campaigns has targeted iPhone sharply this time raising the stakes between the battle between the flagships. Alongside the smartphones, Google is also expected to introduce the Pixel Watch 4, Pixel Buds 2a, and a few new accessories. Here is a lowdown on what to expect.
First things first, Pixel 10 is expected to have four models with a 3 nanometre TSMC tensor G5 chip. The four models may include the base variant, Pro and Pro XL, and the all-new foldable. The new processor promises major performance and efficiency gains, especially in AI and battery life. Camera and battery upgrades are also expected across the lineup. The G4 in Pixel 9 competed with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 and Apple A18 Pro, found in the iPhone 16 lineup, and the G5 will in that sense definitely compete with Snapdragon 8 Gen Elite, while the Apple successor chip is not yet known if it will debut in the iPhone 17 series.

As India continues to be the world’s fastest-growing major economy, Fortune India presents its special issue on the nation’s Top 100 Billionaires. Curated in partnership with Waterfield Advisors, this year’s list reflects a slight decline in the number of dollar billionaires—from 185 to 182—even as the entry threshold for the Top 100 rose to ₹24,283 crore, up from ₹22,739 crore last year. From stalwarts like Mukesh Ambani, Gautam Adani, and the Mistry family, who continue to lead the list, to major gainers such as Sunil Mittal and Kumar Mangalam Birla, the issue goes beyond the numbers to explore the resilience, ambition, and strategic foresight that define India’s wealth creators. Read their compelling stories in the latest issue of Fortune India. On stands now.
Pricing wise, Pixel 10 might not see a huge uptick compared with Pixel 9. The base variant may start from $799, same as Nothing Phone 3, with Pixel’s Fold going up to $2000, for the highest variant. Likewise in India, pricing wise the phone will compete with iPhone 16 and Samsung S25.
Coming to the Pixel Watch 4, the Pixel Watch 4 might come in two sizes, like Watch 3, in 41mm and 45mm, and in both WiFi and LTE variants. Unlike the mobile lineup, the watch might be powered by Snapdragon W5 Gen 1 with a new M55 co-processor. The battery life may see an upgrade with a power of up to 30 hours (41mm), 40 hours (45mm), and similarly a 25% faster charging.
While much of the glitz might get over by the mobile phone and watch launch, Google may also launch the Pixel Buds 2a, with improved ANC and up to 20 hours of battery life, and Pixel Snap Ring stand, Pixel Flex 67W charger, and PixelSnap chargers.
Google has been teasing the Pixel 10 series for weeks, including a new silver colour option. Final details on pricing, availability, and features will be confirmed at tonight’s event.
