Adani Digital Labs, the technology arm of Adani Airports Holdings Limited—India’s largest private airport operator—said on Wednesday that it has launched a revamped digital app, the Adani OneApp, which will host a slew of services that travellers can avail while using the AAHL-operated airports.

The services include Adani Rewards, a loyalty programme that spans food and beverage, retail, car parking, duty-free shopping, and meet and greet services. The digital platform will also provide a seamless experience for lounge access, including pre-booking lounges, checking card eligibility, and hassle-free entry. “This marks the first phase of a broader strategy to deliver an exclusive digital-first experience to passengers,” said Srushti Adani, director, Adani Digital Labs, in a statement.

Some of the additional services include browsing and shopping from an extensive catalogue of food and beverage, duty-free, and retail stores, providing convenient airport services such as delivery at gate, multi-cart orders, group orders for duty-free, and park and fly for seamless parking, live flight status tracking and instant notifications, and easy access to high-speed airport Wi-Fi and essential travel information.

Adani Digital Labs has also inaugurated a 150-seater office in Ahmedabad, from where the team will continue to develop customer-centric solutions for the airport environment. These solutions will address common travel challenges such as time constraints, limited awareness of amenities, and long queues.

In June, AAHL said that it had secured $1 billion in financing through a project finance structure for its Mumbai International Airport Ltd (MIAL). The transaction involves the issuance of $750 million notes maturing in July 2029.

The financing structure also includes a provision to raise an additional $250 million, resulting in total financing of $1 billion. This framework is expected to provide enhanced financial flexibility for the capital expenditure programme of MIAL for development, modernisation, and capacity enhancement.

Adani Group will also operate the upcoming greenfield Navi Mumbai International Airport near Panvel this year. It currently operates airports in Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Mangaluru, Thiruvanathapuram, Guwahati, and Lucknow. Jeet Adani, director, AAHL, told Fortune India earlier that the Adani Group is actively exploring opportunities in the upcoming rounds of airport privatisation by AAI.
