M.A. Yusuff Ali’s Gulfstream G600

The West Asian retail billionaire and CMD of LuLu Group International has acquired the luxurious private jet designed and manufactured by Gulfstream Aerospace. It is registered as T7-YMA and can fly long distances such as New York-London-Dubai, and accommodate around 19 people. The state-of-the-art aircraft costs around ₹500 crore.

Kumar Mangalam Birla’s Jatia House

The chairman of Aditya Birla Group bought the sea-facing Jatia House in Mumbai’s largest-ever property deal of ₹425 crore in 2015. The two-storey house is located in the Malabar Hill area.

Yohan Poonawalla’s Mumbai Mansion

The 30,000-square-foot mansion in the prestigious Cuffe Parade area of South Mumbai is valued between ₹400 and ₹750 crore. The mansion will showcase Yohan’s automobile collection and wife Michelle’s oil paintings.

Ratan Tata’s Dassault Falcon

Ratan Tata travels in his private jet Dassault Falcon, valued at around $22 million (₹182 crore). The 86-year-old businessman has a pilot licence as well.
