I welcome dissent in the workplace: Bela Bajaria

The global head of TV at Netflix says it is important to hear different points of view. In her team, she says the best ideas win, no matter where they come from. “Dissent is a really important part of our (Netflix) culture and for being successful at work,” she says. Bajaria also believes sharing her point of view and opinion freely is a part of her responsibility to her team and the company.
