Power is force of good in the world: Unilever's Leena Nair

For the first female, first Asian, youngest ever CHRO of Unilever, power is influence and impact and should be used for good. Nair—who is also a member of the Unilever Leadership Executive—believes moving globally has taught her a whole new skill set, and she has learnt to be a global citizen in every sense of the word. The pandemic, she says, has helped her understand the truly global nature of her job.
