Success Gyan celebrates Changemakers of the decade

In 2012, it started with the simple aim of bringing Brian Tracy’s live teachings to his friends and family in India after Surendran J experienced his life-changing words and used them to help himself and his family out of a Rs 24 lakh loan.

Cut to 2022, Success Gyan has today rapidly grown into one of the world’s largest communities for training and coaching, having touched a million lives with 500+ live events across 100+ cities and more recently hosted 1500+ online sessions as Success Gyan Academy.

Geared now with the aim of touching 100 million lives, Success Gyan recently marked its

10-year anniversary with the live Changemakers 2022 summit, where it celebrated a decade of transforming India with 11 of its top speakers. It also announced its new initiatives and plans for the future. These include the exclusive Life Mastery Program set to begin May 14, designed to help individuals create the most extraordinary life with the world's best trainers.

In addition to its existing range of summits focused on success, career, empowering women and inspiring coaches, Surendran announced that it will offer programmes in the domains of Wealth, Wellness, Fitness, Spirituality and Digital growth. Delivering personal growth education in a fresh medium, the Success Gyan podcast, too, will mark the platform’s foray ahead. It is also hoping to transition audiences from evening OTT binges to more meaningful learnings through its 8PM Learning Hour!

Following the success of its first season, Success Gyan announced the launch of Season 2 of its reality show, Super Speaker, to find India’s next speaker and refine training talent.

Sharing the 5 Ps on how one can find passion in life, Siddharth Rajsekar, one of Success Gyan’s most iconic coaches said, "The first step is to identify a problem that you’re facing. Then start identifying the patterns, repeated thoughts or behavior you need to work towards. Look at a power area that you've been strong in. Find out the people you look up to and want to become like. And finally, find your purpose and pursue it."

Speaking about some of the qualities of a successful Entrepreneur, Rajiv Talreja, one of Asia’s best business coaches said, "Entrepreneurship challenges you every day to evolve. Clarity about what you want and how you want it, is the first common quality among successful entrepreneurs. Then you need to have a competence to solve a significant problem with a high quality product or service."

Puja Puneet, the founder of Life by Design, took the stage to train the live and virtual audience into choosing to be responsive instead of reactive, and feeling the emotion in the moment as compared to observing an emotion build up inside you. “Notice what in your energy or mindset is troubling you right now and make a decision that it's not going to be greater than you," she explained.

In his special keynote at the power-packed event, the Master of Masters Blair Singer said, "In the world of teaching, things have changed a lot. We've gone from live programs to online and back, creating our own ecosystems, and we have started exporting good trainers to other parts of the world. I'm honored to have trained some of the trainers present today, and I'm honored that you're now teaching other people."
