Oppo has unveiled its latest F31 series 5G in India on Monday, with 3 models launched with the flagship series including F31 Pro and F31 Pro+. Here is everything you need to know about the three phones before deciding on what to buy this festive season.
Oppo F31 5G
The base variant of the series Oppo F31 5G comes in two variants with 8 GB RAM, one with 128 GB and another with 256 GB storage. The phone comes in three finishes including Midnight Blue, Cloud Green and Bloom Red. This 6.57-inch AMOLED display mobile phone comes with a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor, with 7000mAh battery pack.
The 50 MP rear camera comes with a 2 MP portrait camera and with a 16 MP front camera.
The prices start from ₹22,999 for the 128 GB model, and ₹24,999 for the 256 GB model.
Oppo F31 Pro 5G
The upgraded Oppo F31 Pro 5G comes in two different colours including Desert Gold, and Space Grey. This comes with the same 6.57-inch display as the base variant but with flat AMOLED display. The processor also is upgraded in this model to MediaTek Dimensity 7300. The battery pack remains the same as F31, at 7000mAh with 80W fast charging, along with rear camera capabilities. However, the phone sits perfectly between the base variant and the upper-end model both in terms of features and pricing. Hence, the front camera also gets an upgrade to 32 MP, with a 4K underwater mode. To encourage gamers to choose this phone, this comes with a vapour chamber cooling system of 4300mm². It also has AI-enhanced photography and document handling, as the ColorOS 15 powers the phone’s AI tools and enhances its multitasking.
Oppo F31 Pro+ 5G
This premium phone is drastically different from the lesser-priced models of the flagship series because of its Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor.
The phone comes in three colours including Gemstone Blue, Himalayan White, Festival Pink
This comes with a larger 6.8-inch Flat AMOLED display, with the same 7000mAh battery pack and an 80W SuperVOOC™ Flash Charge. The phone is particularly expected to be known for its military-grade durability, with IP69, IP68, and IP66 certification. The rear camera capabilities are more or less same however, the phone comes with a 32 MP front camera, with underwater 4K Photography and Videography. The phone is also paired with Google’s Gemini and AI capabilities giving better AI pictures to users.
The phone starts from ₹32,999 and goes up to ₹34,999. This latest premium smartphone by Oppo will be available from September 19.
