Vivo V50 launch: The Vivo V50 debuted in India on Monday, with a starting price of ₹34,999 for the 8GB RAM and 128GB storage variant. The V series has a set of 25 models of which the latest V50 will be a part of.

The latest Vivo model will include other RAM variants including an 8GB RAM with 256GB storage, and another one being with 12GB RAM and 512GB storage. These models are priced at ₹36,999 and ₹40,999, respectively.

The pre-sale for the Vivo V50 is expected to begin from February 25 via Flipkart, Amazon, Vivo’s e-store, and retail outlets. The company has also announced various launch offers on HDFC, ICICI, and SBI Bank credit cards, as well as up to six months of no-cost EMI.

Vivo V50 specifications

The Vivo V50 comes with a 6.77-inch Full-HD+ quad-curved AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 4,500 nits peak brightness. Powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC, the phone will run on Android 15-based FuntouchOS 15.

For photography, the device features a 50MP primary camera with OIS and a 50MP ultra-wide sensor at the back. The front houses a 50MP selfie camera. With Zeiss camera system, the phone also includes AI-powered photo editing tools like Erase 2.0 and Light Portrait 2.0.

A key upgrade over its predecessor, the Vivo V40, is the larger 6,000mAh battery with 90W fast charging, up from the previous 5,500mAh battery with 80W charging.
