Expanding its portfolio of integrated townships, realty major DLF has said its latest luxury offering, DLF Privana North, valued at around ₹11,000 crore, was sold out in just a week. The housing project comprises an exclusive collection of luxury residences and is part of the 116-acre integrated township - DLF Privana in Sectors 76 and 77, Gurugram. Privana North spans 17.7 acres and features six premium towers of 50 storeys, making them the tallest residential structures developed by DLF to date.

With 1,152 4 BHK residences and 12 grand penthouses, the project features expansive layouts and panoramic views. DLF says the milestone builds on the successful response to DLF Privana South and Privana West, which reinforced DLF Privana’s appeal as one of Gurugram’s key residential communities.

Privana North features a refined design with curvilinear tower placement aimed at enhancing privacy and providing scenic views. The floor plans include 4 BHK apartments measuring a carpet area of 207 sq mt and penthouses extending up to 450 sq mt of carpet area.

Each apartment is assigned three parking slots, while penthouses are allocated four. "The master bedrooms in Privana North are 33% larger than previous offerings within the ecosystem."

Ohri said Privana is DLF's answer to the growing demand from discerning buyers, in India and abroad, who seek future-ready, thoughtfully designed communities.

The planning and design of Privana North involved international firms including HB Design from Singapore (master planning), InSite International from Abu Dhabi (landscaping), Surbana Jurong from Singapore (traffic design), and Thornton Tomasetti from New York (structural engineering), with structural proofing by LERA, also from New York.

Privana North is located near the Southern Peripheral Road (SPR), NH-48, and Dwarka Expressway, providing access to Delhi, Jaipur, Chandigarh, and Mumbai. It is also close to commercial areas such as DLF Corporate Greens, TCS, and the American Express campus, along with other social and lifestyle destinations.

DLF's previous two  ₹12,800 crore worth projects under this township, 'DLF Privana West' and 'DLF Privana South', were also completely sold out. DLF shares closed 0.79% down at ₹844.70 on the BSE today.
