Reliance Retail and ASOS, a UK-based online fashion retailer targeting young adults, have announced partnership, under which Reliance Retail will be ASOS's exclusive retail partner across online as well as offline platforms in India.
“This strategic partnership marks a significant milestone in Reliance Retail's commitment to offering unparalleled choices and bringing world class retail experiences to Indian consumers,” Reliance states in a release.
Isha Ambani, director of Reliance Retail Ventures Limited, says, “This partnership reaffirms our status as India's premier retail destination, ensuring our customers have access to the cutting-edge fashion styles they crave.”
The partnership will bring ASOS's range of fashion-forward own brand labels to India through various retail formats like exclusive brand stores, multi-brand outlets, and digital platforms. This collaboration marks ASOS's inaugural nationwide retail collaboration.

The company disclosed a consolidated revenue of ₹3,06,786 crore and a net profit of ₹11,101 crore for the fiscal year ending on March 31, 2024.
