Recognising India’s largest midsize companies at the Fortune India Next 500 summit

The annual Fortune India Next 500 summit is an occasion to celebrate the achievements of the country’s largest midsize companies.

The only one of its kind in the country, the Fortune India Next 500 list is in its fifth year. It is one-of-a-kind ranking of the country’s largest midsize companies. Every year Fortune India brings wealth creators and leading executives from these companies together for a summit to celebrate their achievements and discuss ideas and issues that matter to them the most. This year, minister of state for finance and corporate affairs Anurag Singh Thakur delivered the keynote address as the chief guest at the summit held at the FICCI auditorium, and laid down the economic roadmap for the government’s vision of a $5-trillion economy. He also felicitated the wealth creators and participated in an interactive session with the guests.

Among the other highlights of the event were talks on innovation and achieving scale in the digital world by industry leaders like Luminous Power Technologies MD Vipul Sabharwal, Info Edge (India) CEO Hitesh Oberoi, Symphony MD Achal Bakeri, and Aand Milkbasket co-founder and CEO Anant Goel. Industry veteran Samit Ghosh, MD and CEO of Ujjivan Small Finance Bank, delivered a leadership talk.
