Covid catapults Cyrus Poonawalla to richest in pharma

Cyrus Soli Poonawalla’s Serum Institute of India made the most of the country’s demand for vaccines. Though unlisted, Poonawalla tops the list, followed by Dilip Shanghvi & family of Sun Pharmaceuticals. The other two biggies are Bawri family of Macleods Pharmaceuticals and Hasmukh Chudgar of Intas Pharma.
