The list includes Dhoot Transmission, LEAP India, Shiprocket, Milky Mist Dairy Food, Manipal Health Enterprises and Juniper Green Energy, among others, with some of these companies having already made their debut on the domestic bourses this week.

The IPO rush follows a strong July, when 12 issues raised ₹28,648 crore, taking cumulative fundraising through IPOs in the first seven months of 2026 to ₹51,221 crore, according to Prime Database. July was the busiest month so far this year in terms of funds raised, accounting for more than half of the total IPO mobilisation during the period.

IPO activity remained subdued in first half

The first half of the year, however, saw subdued activity in the IPO market, as geopolitical uncertainty, elevated crude oil prices and volatility in domestic equities prompted several issuers to adopt a wait-and-watch approach. January began with three companies raising ₹4,765 crore, followed by ₹8,162 crore raised through seven issues in February. In March, eight IPOs raised ₹5,852 crore, while April contributed ₹1,076 crore from two issues. There were no mainboard IPOs in May before fundraising resumed in June, with seven issues raising ₹2,718 crore.

Two other IPOs - Juniper Green Energy, which raised ₹1,800 crore, and MV Electrosystems, which raised ₹290 crore - also closed and made their stock market debut on August 6.

Meanwhile, Ardee Industries, which raised ₹425.87 crore, closed its IPO on August 7 and is scheduled to list on August 12. Together, these four issues account for ₹11,791.09 crore of the IPO activity in the August calendar.
