From managing sales and accounts to customer success and delivery, Haren Chelle wore many hats at Yellow.ai, an AI-first customer service company. But the real challenge, he found, was horizontal integration. Product managers remained disconnected from user feedback. The issue is especially acute in B2B firms where, despite a wealth of feedback, there’s often no unified system to convert that information into actionable insights. Identifying this gap led Chelle to co-found Pulse in June 2024—an agentic, AI-powered platform that captures feedback from multiple sources, extracts structured insights using fine-tuned small language models, and helps product teams prioritise features tied to core business metrics. The goal: to turn disjointed customer feedback into product intelligence that enables SaaS companies to build what truly matters. In less than a year since its inception, Pulse onboarded five pilot customers—four of whom have already signed annual contracts. With a strong founding team and $1.4 million in seed funding, the startup has delivered a 40% reduction in feature discovery cycles and doubled the speed from insight to decision for its clients. Built to be model-agnostic, Pulse now plans to double down on growth while keeping costs in check. “The solution we’ve built wasn’t expected because the technology to solve it didn’t exist until recently. But now, the timing is right, and we’re ready to scale from India to the world,” says Chelle.
