Soumya Rajan is the Founder and CEO of Waterfield Advisors, India’s largest multi-family office and wealth advisory firm. With over two decades of experience in private banking, she established Waterfield in 2011 to offer independent, client-centric wealth solutions to India’s ultra-high-net-worth families. Previously, she spent 16 years at Standard Chartered Bank, heading their private banking division. A mathematics graduate from St. Stephen’s College and an MA in Mathematics from the University of Oxford, Soumya serves on several corporate and non-profit boards. She is recognized as a thought leader in wealth management, known for championing governance, transparency, and legacy planning in family-run businesses.
