Bollywood is often accused of thriving on controversy. In such an industry, Shetty and her image consultancy firm has always managed to stay out of the gossip pages. The past year has seen Shetty’s clientele deliver movies which earned around Rs 1,700 crore at the box office. Not surprisingly, the big chunk was from Shetty’s top client Salman Khan. Shetty’s influence goes beyond the silver screen. On TV, too, her clients are becoming more visible. Salman Khan has been signed on for another season of reality TV show Bigg Boss. Shetty has also managed to bring Karan Johar back on the television sets with his talk show Koffee with Karan.
