Adani Green Energy Ltd (AGEL) on Thursday announced incorporation of step-down subsidiaries for generating power using clean energy sources.

The new entities have been incorporated by its wholly-owned subsidiary Adani Renewable Energy Sixty Four Limited (ARE64L), AGEL informed the exchanges.

ARE64L Step-One Renewable Energy Limited (ARE64S1L) and ARE64L Step-Two Renewable Energy Limited (ARE64S2L) have been incorporated for generation of power using renewable sources of energy, the company said.
