Henkel has appointed Pradhyumna Ingle as its Country President for India, underscoring the German consumer goods and industrial technologies company’s growing focus on one of its fastest-expanding global markets. Based in Navi Mumbai, Ingle will lead the company’s growth strategy, strengthen its market presence and drive innovation initiatives across businesses in the country.

The appointment comes at a time when India is witnessing strong momentum across infrastructure, manufacturing and consumer-driven sectors, creating fresh opportunities for multinational companies to deepen their local footprint. Henkel said Ingle will continue to hold his existing global responsibilities as Global Head – Infrastructure Protection & Repair and IMEA Head – Manufacturing & Maintenance within Henkel Adhesive Technologies.

India emerges as strategic growth market

Henkel’s leadership transition reflects the increasing importance of India in the company’s global growth strategy. The company highlighted the country’s large-scale infrastructure investments, accelerating industrialisation and expanding consumer base as key drivers of long-term business opportunities.
