Bengaluru-headquartered staffing solutions firm Quess Corp has formally forayed into providing full-stack services to new firms looking to set up their Global Capability Centres (GCC) in India.

Under the brand ‘Origint’, the new business line is looking to provide services spanning real estate, infrastructure management, talent, and compliance services. The company has also brought in experienced IT delivery leader Mohit Mathur as the new Chief Business Officer for the segment.

Speaking to Fortune India, CEO & Executive Director of Quess Corp, Guruprasad Srinivasan said that with the new business being an asset-light model and aiming to be the one single contractor who could deliver all the client’s needs, it will become margin-accretive in the overall deal.

In the current GCC landscape in India, while legacy banking and financial services companies, along with consulting firms, continue to lead in headcount, their presence for decades in India also places them high on the maturity curve. For Quess, a bigger pie in the GCC market, as it sees, would be newer companies that are looking for a foothold.

“The sweet spot for us, where we are going to operate, is going to be anywhere between 100-150 to 300 seats. The new ones (GCCs) who are coming in for niche, small, high-end tech and want to accelerate faster, quicker, and get that delivery done—that will be anywhere between 50-200-seater,” Guruprasad said.

Earlier this April, the company went through a restructuring process to create three distinct entities. The staffing solutions business continues to be under Quess Corp, digital services now fall under Digitide, and the infra services business under Bluspring. This move also comes at a time when the company is seeing green shoots in the GCC segment.

In FY25, Quess Corp’s professional staffing business revenue grew by 11% year-on-year to ₹825 crore and delivered better margins. A large portion of the profitability was attributed to a focus on partnering with GCCs and targeting high-margin niche technology. Last quarter, it added 45 new GCC accounts and currently works with 320 clients.

In the near term (12-18 months), while the company sees continued traction in the BFSI segment, it also sees healthcare and telecom sectors where high-end tech work could lead to new centres being opened in India. While U.S. companies continue to lead in setting up centres, Guruprasad adds, “We are seeing a few Japanese firms, Singapore companies, plus Middle East companies wanting to set up a centre in India.”
