Reliance Strategic Business Ventures Limited, a fully owned subsidiary of Reliance Industries Limited, announced a partnership with Surrey County Cricket Club in the Oval Invincibles franchise for The Hundred. The deal, which transfers ownership from the England and Wales Cricket Board, grants Reliance a 49% stake and Surrey a 51% stake. Starting in 2026, both the men’s and women’s teams will be branded as MI London as part of this new partnership.

The Oval Invincibles hold the record as the most successful team in The Hundred's history, claiming five titles in five years. Their women’s team achieved consecutive wins in the first two years, while the men's team secured three consecutive titles from 2023 to 25. Over the past three years, the men’s team has been the leading force in global franchise cricket.

The Oval Invincibles’ success has been built on local Surrey stars like Sam and Tom Curran, Will Jacks, and Alice Capsey, along with some of the top names in world cricket, including Marizanne Kapp, Rashid Khan, and Adam Zampa.
