Indian IT cos making a pivot and using technology for growth and innovation
Many of the large Indian tech players made their mark by bringing efficiencies and cost improvement through technology and software to enterprises across the world and now they are making a pivot and using technology for growth and innovation, says Frank Gens, senior vice president and chief analyst, IDC.
"Indian tech companies are pivoting themselves to be more focused on helping companies digitally innovate and find new growth, that’s been a major shift,” he told Fortune India on the sidelines of the three-day Nasscom Technology and Leadership Forum (NTLF) 2020.
