Powerful women can help create an equitable playing field: Rekha M. Menon
Rekha M. Menon, chairman and senior managing director, Accenture in India, believes that women in power can help change things for other women within their organisations and outside. Talking to Neha Bothra of Fortune India at the Most Powerful Women summit in Mumbai, Menon said powerful women can also influence change from a policy perspective and in terms of creating an enabling environment so that more women can rise.
