65-year-old Zia Mody is one of India's ace corporate lawyers. The daughter of former Attorney General of India, Soli Sorabjee, Mody is the founding partner of one of the country's leading law firms, AZB & Partners—which has successfully handled complicated insolvency cases, like DHFL this year, and also handled RIL's global fundraising for its Jio Platforms. Mody has also worked with Tata Group, Vedanta and RIL in the past.
