For millennial buyers, luxury means homes powered by technology, voice-activated lighting, automated climate control, smart security systems, and mobile-based remote management via apps which deliver both comfort and sustainability. Smart thermostats, lighting, and connected security are now seen as essentials, not extras. The surge in the number of home sales despite the rising prices is proof that they are willing to pay the price for luxury.

Developers are integrating lush gardens, rooftop greenery, vertical forests, rainwater harvesting systems, and eco-conscious materials into living spaces to woo the environmentally conscious buyers.
