Dr. Siddharth is a Certified Career Coach from Career Development Alliance (CDA-USA) and a Certified Professional Coach from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC-USA). He utilizes the Energy Leadership Index Assessment™ to help individuals understand how their energy affects their engagement in life and how they "show up" in their life. This unique approach has helped thousands of people achieve their goals, overcome obstacles, and find their purpose in life.

Dr. Siddharth was invited as a keynote speaker at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, where he presented his ground-breaking research on the impact of organizational culture on employee engagement and performance. He was honoured with the prestigious “Dr. A P J Abdul Kalam Pillar of India”, “Indian Icon”, and “HR Leader of the Year” Awards, to name a few, for his contributions to the field of human resources and career development. He was featured in the Harvard Business Review for his research work on the link between work-life balance and employee productivity. Dr. Siddharth was appointed as a member of the board of directors for a Fortune 500 company, where he provided strategic guidance on human resources and talent management. Dr. Siddharth's work on improving Human Rights and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives in the workplace earned him the National Icon award from the National Human Rights Organisation. Dr. Siddharth's research work on the benefits of mindfulness and meditation in the workplace was published in the Journal of Occupational Health Psychology and received widespread media attention.
